The project includes the construction of four 40-50 floors residential towers with a total floor area of 140,000m2, a 303m high tower which includes hotel, office and commercial facilities over a floor area of 223,000m2, a 250m high tower which includes hotel, office and high-end apartments over a gross floor area of 310,000m2, and a 3-5 floor podium with commercial facilities. The project also includes the construction of parking facilities and other related facilities, and the installation of lifts, elevators and safety systems.
The China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Co. Ltd and China Railway Construction Corporation Ltd. has been appointed as construction contractor for project.
