Elm Architects has been appointed as the architect and Buckholz Traffic as traffic consultant.

LandSouth Construction has been appointed as a contractor for 4000 St. Johns Ave.

Midway Services Inc. has been appointed as a contractor for 3946 St. Johns Ave.

In August 2016, CP submitted plans to the council.

Pre-construction activities are underway.

The St Johns Village project involves the construction three residential buildings comprising 228 apartment units over an area of 26,012m2 at St. Johns Avenue in Jacksonville, Florida, the US.

The US$40 million project includes the following:

2. Construction of 16-story(Renovation) with 88 residential units

3. Construction of 929m2 commercial space

4. Construction of parking facility

5. Construction of related facilities
