KLOA, Inc has been appointed as the engineering consultant, Neal and Leroy, LLC as legal advisor and HPA Architecture as the architect.

JFJ presented the project plans on November 30, 2015, at the community meeting.

In September 2016, JFJ secured zoning approvals from the Chicago City Council.

JFJ is in the process of reviewing the project plans by replacing a surface parking lot and number of condos on the Multiple Listing Service(MLS).
