Jefferson Development Group (JDG) is planning to build a mixed-use community in Louisville, Kentucky, the US.

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use community on 43ha of land. It includes the construction of 1,800 apartments, a four-story, 14,864m2 office building, a two-story, 10,405m2 health club, a 21,553m2 senior-living facility comprising 203 units, swimming pools, a retail and vehicle sales facility, 4,000 parking spaces and related facilities.

Mindel, Scott & Associates, Inc. has been appointed as planner and Bardenwerper, Talbott & Roberts, PLLC as legal advisor.

On March 7, 2016, JDG submitted a pre-application for a zone change from R-4, PEC and C-2 to planned development district.

In June 2016, JDG filed a revised development plan. JDG is under contract to acquire the project site from the St Joseph Children's Home.

As of October 2016, JDG has submitted the rezoning request with the council.

On May 15, 2017, JDG filed a detailed development plan for a 274-unit apartment complex. The plan includes construction of four four-story buildings comprising 48 to 89 apartments per building and three smaller buildings with two units each.
