The project involves the construction of a 76MW wind power plant on 4,451ha of land. It includes the construction of a substation, access roads and related infrastructure, the installation of 38 turbines and transformers, and the laying of transmission lines.

On June 11, 2015, IRL signed a 25-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with the Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association Inc. (Tri-State).

Construction works are underway with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2017.
