Phase one comprises of 22 story building with 500 units built on a 153.29m2 area. Phases 1 and 2 also include two-story commercial shop lots.
By May 2017, Reclamation on phase 1 and 2 were completed.
Planning activities are underway. The entire project is scheduled to complete in 2020.
