The project involves the construction of three single-story buildings on a 29,000m2 area. It includes the construction of a 18,000m2 convenience center, a 9,300m2 strip mall, an Atrium on 875m2, 70 retail stores, an Intermarché supermarket, cafes, parking and related facilities.
In March 2013, IICG submitted a planning application for the building permit of the project.
BDB Design has been appointed as architect and MWM Achitekci as design consultant.
Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed to provide consulting services and negotiate the lease terms on the project.
In April 2014, IICG signed a lease contract to provide 1,980m2 of retail space to Intermarché supermarket in the shopping center.
In the third quarter of 2014, construction works on the roads commenced and were completed by September 2015.
The consortium of HOCHTIEF Polska and Mercury Engineering Polska has been appointed as construction contractor for the project.
On October 25, 2016 construction works commenced.
