Humboldt Investments LLC (Humboldt) and Erie Road Development LLC (Erie) are undertaking the construction of Grandview Place Residential Development project in Wisconsin, the US.
The project involves the construction of a residential community on 107.1ha of land. It includes the construction of 53.8ha of 390 single-family homes, 465 apartments, 7.7ha of 93 condominiums or townhouses, 4.9ha of 280 senior living units, 15.8ha of multi-family residential, two senior citizen centers, 4.9ha of commercial space, 20ha of green space, parking and related facilities.
Mau & Associates has been appointed as the land surveyor and planning consultant for the project.
In November 2014, The Green Bay Planning Commission (GBPC) reviewed the initial project plans referred the proposal back to the city council for further review.
In January 2015, Humboldt and Erie submitted the revised project plans to the council and received initial approvals for the project in February 2015.
On March 18, 2015, Humboldt and Erie received final approvals from the Green Bay City Council for the project.
In December 2015, construction works commenced on senior citizen center and are underway.
