The first phase on the North side of the site includes the construction of a 24,526m2 five-unit retail shopping center and two 604m2 restaurants with drive-ups.

The second phase on the southern portion of the property includes the construction of a 15,608m2 four-story residential tower with 200 units, a 10,340m2 three-story building with 200 hotel rooms, two 715m2 restaurants and a 4,274m2 office building.

The project includes construction of a grocery store, a movie theater, parking garages and related facilities.

On November 12, 2015, Jefferson City Commission approved the changes to the property’s concept planned unit development (PUD).

On December 21, 2015, Jefferson City Members approved the project’s concept PUD.

In July 2016, traffic study works completed and final zoning plans was expected to be submitted to the city.

In November 2016, Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO) Technical Committee rejected the Harvard's proposal for an extension of a road near Missouri 179 to develop the project.

Planning activities are underway.

The Galleria at Mission Drive project involves the construction of a mixed-use community on 32ha of land in Jefferson, Missouri, the US.

The US$150 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of a 24,526m2, five-unit retail shopping center

2. Construction of two 604m2 restaurants
