In July 2011, the project developers filed a zoning application along with EIA to the Planning & Zoning department of Lloyd Town.
On July 16, 2014, the council members of Lloyd Town Board unanimously passed a resolution to approve the Final Generic Environmental Impact Statement (FGEIS) for the project.
In October 2014, Lloyd town board approved four zoning districts for the project.
The project involves the construction of mixed-use facilities on 174ha area at U.S. Route 9W and Blue Point Road in the town of Lloyd, Ulster County near Highland in New York, the US.
The US$273 million project includes the following:
