JSC High-Speed Rail Line (HSRL), a subsidiary of Russian Railways, plan to construct the Chelyabinsk to Yekaterinburg high-speed railway line in Russia.
The project involves the construction of 220km railway line, stations, track bases, bridges, the installation of signal lights and power facilities, and the laying of tracks and transmission lines.
In May 2016, China Railway Group Limited expressed its interest to participate in the project.
