The second phase includes the construction of warehouses on 6.8ha land.
The project includes the construction of storage facilities, loading and unloading facilities, an administrative space, 500 car parking spaces and related facilities, and the installation of safety and security systems.
On October 21, 2015, HPH submitted plans to Suffolk Coastal District Council.
In December 2015, HPH received planning consent for the first phase.
HPH is looking for investors to undertake the development works.
