Pollard Thomas Edwards has been appointed as an architect; Savills plc as planning consultant; Outerspace UK as landscape architect; Environmental Services Design as a consultant; Robert West Holdings Ltd as transport consultant; Architects E17 as a design consultant; and Robert Bird Group as the civil and structural engineer.
In November 2015, public consultations were held for the project. In February 2016, HPG submitted a planning application.
In May 2016, developers secured planning approvals from the Waltham Forest Council.
