The project includes the construction of six waterfront villas and condominiums, seven food and beverage outlets, a rooftop bar and grill, a rooftop international spa, a rooftop swimming pool along with three additional pools, a movie theater, 3,252m2 of conference space, a kid’s club for children, and parking facilities.
In March 2017, HHG is in the process of purchasing the land required for the project.
In June 2017, HHG submitted the project plans.
Planning activities are underway. Construction works are expected to begin in 2018.
