On August 7, 2015, HCI submitted project plans to the City of New York.

CetraRuddy Architecture has been appointed as architect.

As of August 2016, demolition works on the project started.

In January 2017, HCI secured a US$63 million construction loan from Wells Fargo for the project.

Subject to approvals, the project is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2019.
