Halle Building Group LP (HBG) is planning to build a mixed-use complex in Durham, North Carolina, the US.
The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex on 121ha of land and will be developed in phases.
The first phase includes the construction of a 336-unit apartment community on the southern end of the property at the intersection of N.C. 147/Durham Freeway and Ellis Road.
HBG plans to construct about 400 apartment units and 800 single family homes and townhouses, retail units, a hotel, convenience store, restaurants in the future phases. HBG is working with several local home builder groups who are interested in buying the lots.
Degabriel Construction, Inc. has been appointed as the construction contractor for the first phase.
In 2016, the first phase completed.
HBG is in process of securing approval for the second phase.
