The project involves the construction of a shopping center with 12 retail stores on 6,000m2 gross floor area, a seven-story hotel with 100 beds, three four-to-eight-story residential buildings with 200 apartments, access roads, and parking facilities.
On August 20, 2015, HBB signed a land purchase agreement with the Langen City Council.
Investment in the shopping center is valued at US$27.89 million.
In June 2016, the project plan was presented in the public event of the city council.
In December 2016, the documentation of project plan for planning approval is underway and is expected to be submitted in January 2017.
The construction of the shopping center is expected to commence in the third quarter of 2018 and will be completed by 2020.
