HB Reavis Group (HB Reavis) is undertaking the construction of 140,000m2 mixed-use development in Warsaw, Poland.
The project involves the construction of three office towers. It includes the construction of 230m tall (310m with the spire) the first tower with 53-stories, other two towers with 21- and 19-stories respectively.
It also includes the construction of shops, restaurants, and cafes, and four public squares at the ground level, 230-metre-high observation deck and bars, green roof gardens on the other two buildings, recreational spaces on the roofs, office space, administrative space, and parking spaces, and the installation of state-of-the-art electricity, water consumption and air pollution reduction features, elevators and high-end safety systems.
In November 2015, the project received planning approval from the Warsaw City Council.
In the project, Foster + Partners for 53-stories and Hermanowicz Rewski Architekci for 21- and 19-stories tower appointed for architectural services; RS architects appointed as a landscape architect; Benoy Solutions as an interior designer; and BuroHappold Engineering as MEP and structural engineer.
HB Reavis Construction, a unit of HB Reavis Group is undertaking the construction works.
In December 2016, construction works on the project are commenced.
