Tide Construction will undertake the construction works.

In January 2018, Greystar Real Estate Partners and Henderson Park have signed a contract with TC to acquire the project.

Greystar will manage the apartments with a full-time on-site team.

The project is expected secure financial closure in the first quarter of 2018.

Enabling works for the towers are already underway, with construction work expected to take two years to complete.
