The State Government of São Paulo (GoSP) is undertaking the construction of a hospital in Brazil.
The project involves the construction of a 218-beds hospital, 22 intensive-care units, 10 surgical rooms, an outpatient unit, an emergency care center, a diagnostic center and a cancer treatment center, and the installation of safety systems and elevators.
The GoSP is planning to develop the project with a public-private partnership (PPP). The winning company will responsible for functional and architectural planning, construction, corrective and preventive maintenance of hospital equipment, and the installation and maintenance of resources.
In October 2013, the GoSP launched a tender process and in July 2014, Construcap won the DBFM Contract for implement and maintain the hospital for a duration of 20 years.
