The government of the Republic of Kosovo (GoROK) is planning to build a resort in Strpce, Ferizaj, Kosovo.

In March 2014, a pre-qualified bidders’ consultation meeting was held.
In December 2014, the French consortium namely Brezovica Resorts, LLC was selected to design, construct, finance, and operate the proposed development and the agreement is yet to be signed.
The Brezovica Resorts, LLC includes MDP Consulting and Compagnie des Alpes.
On April 14, 2015, Brezovica Resorts, LLC submitted a project proposal to GoROK.
GoROK is in the process of preparing the master plan application.
