Musson Cattell Mackey Partnership (MCMP) has been appointed as planner and architect.
On October 1, 2015, a revised rezoning application was submitted to the City of Vancouver.
The revised rezoning application was approved by Council at Public Hearing on May 17, 2016.
Planning activities are underway. Construction works are slated to be completed by 2021.
