The Government of Western Australia (GWA) and Brookfield Office Properties (Brookfield) are planning to construct a mixed-use complex in Western Australia, Australia.

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex on two towers a 7,000m2 area.

It will include the construction of 54-storey tower, a 19-storey tower, 220 luxury apartments, 220 rooms five-star hotel, commercial and retail space, 15,000m2 of office space, restaurants, cafe, fitness center, parking areas and related infrastructure, and the installation of elevators, and safety and security systems.

The office component is expected to be worth of US$540 million.

In April 2014, GWA has shortlisted five bidders to develop the proposed site.

In August 2014, Brookfield and Mirvac Group were identified as the final two bidders to develop the project. Far East Consortium and ISPT were listed among the other interested bidders.

In September 2014, Brookfield secured approval to proceed with the development work.

REX has been appointed as an architect for the project.

In July 2017, the project secured in principle approval from Perth planning committee.
