Globe Trade Centre (GTC) is planning to undertake the construction of a business complex project in Poland.

The project involves the construction of a business park comprising six office buildings.

The fourth building includes construction of 12 level 12,934m2 office space. It includes construction of 834m2 retail space, conference room, cafeteria, 220 parking spaces, installation of five elevators, safety and security systems.

The fifth building includes construction of 12 level 11,094m2 office space. It includes construction of 514m2 retail space, conference room, cafeteria, 185 parking spaces, installation of five elevators, safety and security systems.

The sixth building includes the construction of 14,039m2, 12-story office tower, three-level underground parking with 280 spaces.

It includes the construction of the commercial facility, a hotel, a conference center, a fitness center, a courtyard, an employee store and other related facilities.

The architect for the first, second and third building was JEMS Architekci and the architect for the fourth, fifth and sixth building is Grupa 5 Architekci.

Warbud has been appointed as general contractor and White Star Real Estate Sp. z o.o. as the leasing consultant for the project.

Construction works on the first, second, third, fourth and fifth buildings were completed.

GTC has sold the first four buildings to Allianz Real Estate group and the fifth building to Calobra Investments.

GTC scheduled to start construction of the sixth building in fourth quarter of 2018 and slated for completion in fourth quarter of 2020.

Planning activities on the sixth building are underway.

The project involves the construction of a business complex comprising six office buildings in Warsaw, Poland.
