Project received preliminary approval from the city council.
On June 15, 2015, a public meeting was held to rezone the site.
In May 2016, NPM submitted the draft plan application for zoning approvals.
In August 2016, demolition works on the project site commenced.
In April 2017, NPM received conditional approval from the Owen Sound Council (OSC).
Planning activities are underway. Once all conditions are met, a final planning application will be submitted to the council for final approvals.
