Gujarat State Fertilizer Corporation (GSFC) is planning to undertake the construction of an Integrated Fertilizer and Petrochemicals Complex in Gujarat, India.
The project involves the construction of a fertilizer and petrochemical complex with a production capacity of of one million tonnes per annum (MTPA) of urea, 0.1MTPA of caprolactam unit of and 0.04MTPA melamine plant.
On December 19, 2011, the initial study on the project completed and in first quarter of 2012, GSFC acquired land for the project.

On April 28, 2015, project received the planning permission from the Department of Fertilizers and Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (DFMCF).
On November 24, 2015, Government of India (GOI) approved new urea policy for the urea production plant.
On April 25, 2016, Larsen and Toubro (L&T) Engineering and Construction was appointed as construction contractor for the melamine production plant with a contract value of US$96 million.
