John F Hunt Demolition Group has been appointed as the demolition contractor, Ellmer Construction as the construction contractor, EC Harris LLP as a quality surveyor, Hoare lea as a Mechanical and Electrical consultant and Urs Infrastructure as a Structural engineer.
In December 2015, demolition works completed and construction works commenced.
Construction works are underway.
