Pennoni Associates Inc. has been appointed as study consultant; Bohler Engineering as civil engineer; Traffic Planning and Design Inc as the traffic consultant; Glackin Thomas Panzak as landscape architect; Thomas Comitta Associates as planner for the project.

In July 2015, GP has submitted Zoning application to the Township of Marple.

In August 2015, the Township of Marple planning commission meeting postponed to September 3, 2015.

In May 2016, the Township of Marple rejected the zoning change request for the project.

In August 2016, GP filed a lawsuit against the Township of Marple in the Delaware County Court for recoverable costs and damages incurred in excess of US$8 million.

In October 2016, the Delaware County Court rejected the lawsuit filed by GP against the Township of Marple.

Project is facing delay.
