Littlejohn Engineering Associates and Peters & Associates Engineering Inc were appointed as the planning and traffic consultants for the project.

On October 10, 2014, the project secured approval from the Jonesboro City Council for rezoning of Greensborough Village.

In July 2016, road plans for the site have been finalized.

As of August 2017, site clearance activities are underway.
