Graywood Developments Ltd (GDL) is planning to build a mixed-use complex in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

The project involves the construction a 61,464m2, a 40- and 48-story towers connected by a 163m high sculptural elevator core mixed-use complex. It includes the construction of a 56,061m2 building comprising 899 residential units, a podium, a 4,403m2 of retail space, 3,040m2 of a grocery store, pedestrian walkway, parking facilities and related facilities.

BBB Architects has been appointed as architect.

GDL submitted plans for conjoined residential towers with 39 and 50 stories on either side of sculptural elevator shafts in the third quarter of 2015.

In July 2016, GDL submitted a rezoning application for the project.

As of July 2017, GDL is in the process of revising the initial project plans which involved the construction of two 40 and 48-story towers to a single 47-story tower. However, GDL is yet to finalize the plans and receive approval from the Council.
