On January 22, 2016, MGGP SA was awarded design and build contract for the first stage of the project and the final agreement has signed in February 2016.
In January 2017, GDDKiA is awaiting the investment decision for the project implementation.
As of May 2017, the Podkarpackie Voivodeship initiated the procedure for a reassessment of the environmental impact assessment (EIA).
The project involves the construction of a 10.8km bypass on national road number 28 in Sanok, Podkarpackie Voivodeship, Poland.
The US$78 million project includes the following:
