It includes the construction of a shopping mall, office block, 344 residential apartments, a south tower with 40 floors hotel building with 147 serviced apartments and 168 hotel rooms, a north tower with 36 floors office building, an amphitheatre, a rooftop swimming pool, 1,320 parking spaces and related facilities and the installation of elevators and safety systems.

GD submitted project plans to National Environment Management Authority (NEMA).

BAA Architects has been appointed as Architect, Ngasi Consulting Engineers as Structural Engineer, LDK Consultants as Lead Consultant and Quantity Surveyor.

Planning activities are underway.
