Granton Central Developments Ltd (GCDL) is planning to undertake the construction of a mixed-use complex near Edinburgh, the UK.
The project involves the construction of a mixed-use community comprising a 300-berth marina, a 2,000-unit residential complex, a 123-bed spa-hotel, 9,220m2 of retail space, 4,220m2 of leisure facilities, 5,000m2 of commercial space, parking and related facilities.
Wilson+Gunn Architects has been appointed as architect, Paton Planning and Development as a planner and MDL Marinas Ltd as a marine consultant.
