Grosvenor Britain & Ireland (GBI) in association with The Workspace Group PLC (WKPL) is planning to undertake the construction of a mixed-use project at 100 Clements Road in London, Ceremonial County, the UK.
The project involves the construction of a mixed-use facility on 4.85ha of land.
It includes the construction of 25,083m2 of retained business space, 5,574m2 of new business accommodation, 800 new residential units, 4,046m2 public park, access roads, parking space and other related facilities, and the installation of safety and security systems.
Nathaniel Lichfield & Partners has been appointed as planning advisor, Cundall as engineering design consultant and Allford Hall Monaghan Morris (AHMM) as architect for the project.
In December 2012, Nathaniel Lichfield & Partners submitted the planning application on behalf of WKPL.
In May 2013, the project plans were approved but permission has not yet been implemented.
On October 24, 2013, Grosvenor acquired the 3.3ha of the land from the WKPL for the project implementation and will also deliver new offices for WKPL on its retained 2.4 acre site.
In January 2016, Grosvenor and WKPL submitted a development management planning application for the project implementation.
