The project involves the construction of a 170,198m2 warehouse complex comprising two buildings on 76ha of land between Lewisberry and Yocumtown in Newberry Township.
It includes the construction of a 102,193m2 warehouse building, a 68,005m2 warehouse building, an administrative space, storage units, distribution units, parking and related facilities.
In May 2016, GB submitted a land development plan to the York County Planning Commission.
In July 2016, Newberry Township board of supervisors approved plans for the project. However, approval from the state Department of Transportation is yet to be received.
As of January 24, 2017, Newberry Township Municipal Authority is reviewing Goodman's planning application. However, final approvals are yet to be received.
