The project involves the construction of a mixed-use facility on 6.5ha of land. It includes the construction of 8,455m2 five-story hotel, comprising of 115 rooms, two 11,706m2 four-story office buildings, meeting rooms, administration space, restaurants, lounges, 1,000 parking spaces, and installation of electrical systems, and safety and security systems.
The hotel building will be developed on 1.09ha of land, where as the office buildings will be developed on the rest of the project site.
Cooper Carry has been appointed as architect, RAM Partners LLC as project manager and HGOR as landscape architect for the project.
In February 2018, FRE submitted the revised plans to Louisville Metro Planning & Design Services.
