Cooper Carry has been appointed as architect, RAM Partners LLC as project manager and HGOR as landscape architect for the project.

In February 2018, FRE submitted the revised plans to Louisville Metro Planning & Design Services.

The Madison by Fenley project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex on 6.5ha of land in Louisville, Kentucky, the US.
