The project includes the construction of 350 units, a 2,508m2 retail space, a 2,323 office space, a 175-room hotel, a swimming pool, 250 parking spaces and related facilities.
AA Studio and Torti Gallas Urban Inc are appointed as the architects; Clear Rock Properties and Juster Properties as the associate developers.
FPC's in-house unit will undertake the construction works.
In November 2015, FPC submitted the project plans to the DC Zoning Commission.
Construction is expected to commence in the third quarter of 2017 and be completed in 2020.
