Fore Property Company (FORE) is planning to build a residential complex in Lutherville-Timonium, Baltimore County, Maryland, the US.
The project involves the construction of a 727-unit apartment community on 4.4ha of land and will be developed in two phases.
The first phase includes construction of a five-story residential complex comprising 328 residential units, two courtyards, a pool and parking garage, and the installation of elevators. It will be built on the site between the Timonium Business Park Light Rail station and Aylesbury Road.
The second phase includes the construction of a five-story residential complex comprising 399 units. It will be developed on land currently occupied by the Printing Corp. of America (PCA), which has a 15-year lease on the property, and the construction will begin after completion of the PCA land-lease agreement on the proposed site.
The project also includes the construction of retail space, commercial space, and parking and related facilities.
KTGY Group Inc. has been appointed as the architect.
In November 2014, Baltimore County Council (BCC) declined a planning approval.
As of September 2016, the basic site plan has been developed, but the developer will need to follow a Planned Unit Development process.
As of June 2016, the revised plan has not been submitted yet.
