Fenton Group LLC (FG) is planning to build a mixed-use complex in Maryland, the US.

It includes the construction of Fairfield Inn & Suites hotel by Marriott with 120 rooms, and 2,617m2 of an office building, 335m2 of retail units, 58 multi family units and parking spaces.
The construction works will be carried out in phases. The initial phase will include the construction of a 120-room hotel which will be leased to Fairfield Inn & Suites and will be followed by construction of residential and commercial unit in consecutive phases.
In November 2010, FG has received primarily planning approval from Montgomery County Planning Board.
Burgess & Niple Engineers has been appointed as the lead consultant to undertake site planning work and Gordon and Greenberg as an architect.
The in-house division of FG will undertake the construction works on the project.
In July 2014, FG received outline planning for the project.
