In November 2010, FG has received primarily planning approval from Montgomery County Planning Board.

Burgess & Niple Engineers has been appointed as the lead consultant to undertake site planning work and Gordon and Greenberg as an architect.

The in-house division of FG will undertake the construction works on the project.

In July 2014, FG received outline planning for the project.

As of July 2017, FG is in negotiations for the sale of its property and if the company unable to sell the property, then the company would likely go ahead and build the project on its own.

The project is awaiting final permits for the demolition work.
