Florida East Coast Industries, LLC (FECI) is undertaking the construction of a residential tower in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, the US.
The project involves the construction of a 26,477m2, 24-story residential tower. It includes the construction of 275 apartments, 1252m2 ground-floor retail space, 341m2 office space, a swimming pool, a fitness center, 800 parking spaces and related facilities.
On April 27, 2015, City of West Palm Beach (CoWPB) granted approval to FECI to acquire additional land for the project.
FECI will pay US$3.8 million to acquire two land parcels along with a supporting road with frontage on Clematis Street; in exchange, CoWPB will provide FECI US$3.8 million in development incentives and tax credits.
On June 2, 2015, FECI conducted an open-house session and unveiled the project plans.
In June 2015, HKS Architect was appointed as architect for the project.
Moss & Associates has been appointed as general contractor.
In November 2016, construction activities commenced.
Construction activities are underway with completion slated for the third quarter of 2018.
