architects alliance has been appointed as architect, Cecconi Simone as interior designer, Janet Rosenberg, and Studio as a landscape architect, PSR Brokerage Ltd, Montana Steele Advertising Inc as marketing consultants, Jablonsky, Ast and Partners as consulting engineer, Novatrend Engineering Group Ltd. as mechanical and electrical contractor and Toddglen Construction Ltd and Firstcon Group Ltd as contractors for the project.
In March 2013, a preliminary planning application was submitted to the Toronto City Council.
In April 2016, construction activities commenced and are underway with completion scheduled by the third quarter of 2019.
