The project involves the construction of a 58,064m2 residential complex on 7.28ha area. It includes the construction of 12 residential towers, residential units, retail space, a swimming pool, a fitness center, a lobby, play places, parking and related facilities. The project is to be developed in multiple phases.

The first phase, US$223 million, involves the construction of a 35-story residential tower. It includes the construction of 421 residential unit including 85 affordable units, 929m2 of retail space, 264 parking spaces and the installation of elevators and safety systems.

The second phase, US$226 million, involves the construction of a 36-story residential tower. It includes the construction of 432 residential unit including 87 affordable units, retail space and related facilities, the installation of elevators and safety systems.

On August 20, 2015, Jersey City Council has approved a 25-year tax break for a two-tower project.

In November 2015, Demolition and site preparation works started.

In December 2015, construction activities commenced.

In March 2016, above ground construction works commenced for the first phase.

In August 2016, construction has topped out on the first phase of the project.

Construction activities on the first phase are underway and expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2017.
