On October 9, 2013, FC issued the request for qualification (RFQ) for construction contractor with documents submission deadline as November 8, 2013.
Archer Western Contractors, LLC, Balfour Beatty Construction, The Christman Company, Clark Construction Group, LLC, Manhattan Construction Company, Hensel-Phelps Construction Co. were pre-qualified bidders for the project.
In March 2014, FC issued the request for proposal (RFP) for the same with the bid submission due date as April 28, 2014.
