Ensyn Georgia Biorefinery, LLC (Ensyn), a wholly owned by Ensyn Development Partners, LLC, a joint venture of Ensyn Corporation and Renova Capital Partners LLC, is planning to construct the biomass-to-renewable fuel oil (RFO) refinery in Dooly County, Georgia, the US.

The project includes the construction of a production unit, storage tanks, a warehouse and other related infrastructural facilities and the installation of pipelines, a waste processing unit and security systems.
Ensyn will employ Rapid Thermal Processing (RTP) technology, which uses a fast thermal process to convert non-food-based feedstock into bio-based fuels.
In August 2014, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Rural Business-Cooperative Service prepared an Environmental Assessment for the project.
On December 10, 2015, USDA announced a conditional commitment of US$70 million loan guarantee to develop the project.
