In February 2016, the initial development order was approved by the city council.

In October 2016, Ekovest submitted a revised plan with an increased plot ratio and new land.

In April 2017, Ekovest purchased two parcels of freehold land from substantial shareholder Lim Seong Hai Holdings Sdn Bhd (LSHHSB) for US$6 million.

The acquisition of land is expected to be completed by third quarter of 2017. construction is slated to commence in the first quarter of 2018 and to be completed by 2022.
