EYA Development, LLC (EYA) and Boston Properties (BXP) are planning to build a residential community in Rockville, Montgomery County, Maryland, the US.
The project involves the construction of a residential community comprising 375 units on 16ha of land. It will be developed in multi-phases. On August 27, 2015, BXP submitted planning application to the city council.
On December 2, 2015, EYA and BXP briefed the Rockville planning application for change of the project plan.
In July 2016, EYA and BXP received tentative approval from the City of Rockville council.
Subject to final approval, construction is expected to commence in 2018, the first 40 homes are expected to complete by the second quarter of 2019.
The entire project is expected to be completed by 2025.
