Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design, Inc. has been appointed as architect and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. as landscape architect

The Urban Development Review Board of Miami reviewed the project plans on December 21, 2016.

On January 18, 2017, the Urban Development Review Board has recommend approval of ERL’s special area plan for the project development.

Scope

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use community comprising buildings ranging between eight to 28 stories on 8.9ha of land in Miami, Florida, the US.

The US$1100 million project includes the following:

2. Construction of 418 hotel rooms

3. Construction of 26,365m2 of commercial space

4. Construction of 9,021m2 of office space
