Eni S.p.A (ENI) is undertaking the construction of Exploration and Production Business Center in Milan, Italy.
The project involves the construction of a 65,000m2 exploration and production business center to host 3,500 people on 7ha of land, will consist of three executive offices, a business desk, a conference center and an exhibition space.
The three executive office towers Icon Tower, Landmark Tower, and Skygarden Tower will be connected by connecting bridges. The Icon Tower will be the tallest at 11-story and the Landmark Tower will be the largest, with 23,700m2 of floor area on nine-story. The Skygarden Tower, at the center of the complex, will house the conference center.
It includes the construction of 60,000m2 of office facilities, 5,000m2 of other services facilities, a 2,000m2 entrance hall, a 2,400m2 bar and restaurant, a 2,500m2 conference room, a 450m2 wellness area, a 650 m2 fitness area, a 450m2 library, a 12,000m2 directional and management office, a 2,800m2 meeting area, 1,500m2 storage and 650m2 of services and equipment rooms, and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.
In December 2011, Morphosis Architects along with Nemesi Partners was appointed as architect.
Setec TPI has been appointed as the structural engineer, Setec Batiment as consulting engineer and Pasodoble as the landscape architect.
In February 2016, Demolition, utilities construction, excavation and diaphragms have been completed.
Salini Impregilo has been awarded US$200 million construction contract for the project and Lamaro Appalti as sub-contractor.
Construction activities are underway with the scheduled completion by 2019.
