Eureka Moly, LLC (EMLLC), a joint venture between General Moly, Inc. (GMI) and POSCO, are undertaking the development of molybdenum mine in Eureka, Nevada, the US.
The project involves the development of molybdenum mine on 11,771ha of land. It includes the construction, development, and operation of the surface open pit molybdenum and associated infrastructure.
The project Appeals the construction of a flotation plant, a filtering and ferric chloride leach plant, 100 single family dwellings, 50 apartments, a liquid natural gas terminal, access roads, administrative buildings and related facilities, and the installation of 200kV electric transmission lines.

In December 2016, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ("9th Circuit") issued its Opinion concerning a challenge to the BLM's issuance of its ROD.
