The project involves the construction of a 464,515m2 manufacturing and distribution facility on 250ha of land.
It includes the construction of warehouses, manufacturing units, access roads, distribution units, loading facilities, unloading facilities, and parking area and the installation of safety and security systems.

In June 2013, Shepherd Group and Goodman UK Logistics were appointed as developers for the project.
