National Infrastructure Planning has been appointed as planning consultant and Barton Willmore LLP as environmental consultant for the project.

In May 2014, the public consultation process commenced.

ELL awaiting approvals for the project implementation. Subject to the necessary approvals, construction works are expected to be completed by the fourth quarter 2018.

Scope

The project involves the construction of a 464,515m2 manufacturing and distribution facility on 250ha of land between M1 and M6, and adjacent to the A50 and A38 junction, Etwall and Egginton in Derbyshire, the UK.
